Can a sacrificial animal be bought from the money of Zakah?

One cannot buy a sacrificial animal from Zakah, as Zakah is an obligatory act of worship for every Muslim who acquires wealth and it is a right for the poor. On the other hand, the sacrificial animal is sunna .He who slaughter it will be rewarded and who does not won't be punished. We cannot mix the intention of the obligatory and sunna..
